Pooling decades of experience in the development of electrically commutated motors, Unada’s founders discovered a solution to the HVAC/R industry’s most pressing technical and supply chain challenges. Believing that employing the right equipment for each application is the key to reliability, durability, and efficiency, we designed and built a fully customizable product platform.
The way we saw it, cooling and refrigeration manufacturers, suppliers, and technicians needed better products, better support, and greater input on product development. With an eye toward these customer needs, Unada expert engineers created the UC Series motor as well as a collaborative development process that gives customers a voice and a stake in product improvements and development.

As a startup, Unada devoted its resources to product development, relying on a traditional distributor model for distribution.
